If you are unsure what level to start with, please take our short Swimming Quiz to point you in the right direction.
Many adults are afraid of the water, or they have just never had the opportunity to learn to swim. You may be comfortable stepping into the shallow end but rely on floats or touching the sides and bottom of the pool to stay safe. Our patient instructors listen to your concerns and allow you to work at your own pace, encouraging you to progress when you’re ready. We follow a proven step-by-step program to help you overcome your fears and stress.
Through a series of swim classes and lessons, you will learn to be comfortable in the water, stay in control, prevent panic and trust your abilities. After you’ve mastered the basics, we introduce you to beginning strokes. Our goal is for you to be a safe, relaxed and confident swimmer and to have fun throughout the process.
For those who want to take their training further, ask about our private swim lessons.
