Many adults are afraid of the water, or they have just never had the opportunity to learn to swim. You may be comfortable stepping into the shallow end but rely on floats or touching the sides and bottom of the pool to stay safe. Our patient instructors listen to your concerns and allow you to work at your own pace, encouraging you to progress when you’re ready. We follow a proven step-by-step program to help you overcome your fears and uncertainties.

Through a series of swim classes, you will learn to be comfortable in the water, stay in control, prevent panic and trust your abilities. After you’ve built your foundation of basic skills, we introduce you to beginning strokes. Our goal is for you to be a safe, relaxed and confident swimmer and to have fun throughout the process.
