Kids Swimming Lessons
We Teach Kids With Care
For three to twelve years of age, our kids program has something for everyone. From beginners to experience swimmers, our students will start with foundational building blocks to gain strength, confidence and technique.
There is a one-time $25 registration fee and all students under the age of 3 or who are not FULLY potty trained are REQUIRED to wear two cloth reusable diapers. No disposable diapers are permitted in class.
FLOUNDER
Ages 3-5 Years (Beginner)
For beginning swimmers who are not yet independent in the water. The main focus is water safety skills and comfort underwater. Submersions, balance and buoyancy lay the foundation for happy and confident swimmers.
Cost: $30 per 30 minute class

SEAHORSE
Ages 3-5 Years
For intermediate level swimmers the focus is strnegth, coordination, and air exchnage. Swimmers will work on rhythmic swimming across the pool, proper body position and continue to grow as independent and confident swimmers.

LIONFISH
Ages 3-5 Years (Intermediate)
For intermediate and advanced level swimmers the focus is endurance, propulsion and side breathing. Introduction to side breathing, proper kicking technique and advanced safety skills will have you looking like a top level swimmer.

LIONFISH 2
Ages 3-5 Years (Advanced)
Ready to join the big leagues? For advanced swimmer the focus is backstroke, dolphin kicks, underwater streamline and endurance while continuing to improve freestyle technique.

STINGRAY 1
Ages 6-12 Years
Student/Instructor Ratio: 3:1
Beginning swimmers will start with foundational swimming skills to gain strength, confidence and indenpendence. Floating, breath control, submersions, body position and an introduction to kicking are the main focuses of this level.
Cost: $30 per 30 minute class

STINGRAY 2
Ages 6-12 Years
Student/Instructor Ratio: 4:1
Intermediate swimmers will work on endurance, coordination and rhythm. Rhythmic swimming across the pool, elementary backstroke, advanced safety skills and submersion to the bottom of the pool are the main focuses of this level.

STINGRAY 3
Ages 6-12 Years
Student/Instructor Ratio: 4:1
Intermediate and advanced swimmers will refine their front crawl stroke and build endurance to prepare to become next level swimmers. Kicking technique for front and back, strength, advanced safety skills and arm recovery are the main focuses of this level.
